Our team have been involved in projects ranging from $20,000 to $10M. Clients from all over the country approach us, whether they’re a solo developer working on their first or 100th project.
Our History
Dimitri Pantzoulas founded Decor in 2005 on the same principles that we still uphold today, almost two decades and thousands of construction projects later: to maintain a client-centered approach to construction while delivering the highest quality craftmanship. Our mission is to deliver superior service for our clients, to perform construction projects on time and on budget, and to keep safety at the forefront for our employees and subcontractors.
Our Team
Our office team, project coordinators, managers, and estimators work diligently day-in and day-out from our office in McKees Rocks, PA. We also employ a crew of qualified superintendents and carpenters who lend their expertise each day on our jobsites. Decor’s has hard-working people on staff who are committed to doing superior work for our clients.
We are very proud of our network of loyal subcontractors and vendors, which is a testament to how well we treat our fellow construction professionals. Decor has also built a long list of repeat clients who represent some of the finest businesses and institutions in the region.
Decor’s has maintained an exemplary safety record which is confirmed by our state-certified safety committee and an experience modification rate well below the industry standard. We are also very proud of our strong financial standing and our impressive bonding capacity.
We prioritize industry relationships and professional development and are active members of professional organizations like NAIOP (the Commercial Real Estate Development Association) and ICSC (Innovation Commerce Serving Communities).
